Nanny Care has been placing domestic help for the past 10 years. Originally created and founded in 2000 by a local San Diego nanny and now mother, Nanny Care knows the ins and outs on both the nanny side and family-client side. Having made hundreds of successful nanny placements over the years, Nanny Care now has a staff with over 20 years combined experience and uses a comprehensive system of match making, that includes extensive face to face interviewing, meticulous reference checks and comprehensive background searches. Having owned multiple companies, Wendy understands the formula for success and the makings of a quality business. As an entrepreneur, Wendy has a stellar reputation of working with integrity and taking exceptional care of her clients for years to come.

Through Wendy’s success, she has become a respected expert in household staffing and has been referred to as “the nanny expert” by KUSI and FOX 6 News. She has also been featured in multiple magazines, newspapers, articles, press releases and websites as a stand out business woman. Among friends, co-workers, associates and employees, Wendy is knows as ‘The Nanny Matchmaker” due to personally placing several thousand household employees. Wendy has experience across the board as she has worked as a nanny herself through college, founded and staffed several reputable staffing and childcare companies, and now runs two reputable nanny agencies in Southern California. On top of all this, Wendy is a mother to her daughter Eden who was born in April of 2008. Her experience and love for what she does has allowed her to become an expert in the field, locating the best candidates, even for the most particular clients.

When she is not thoroughly interviewing potential candidates or meeting with clients, she enjoys being a mom and spending time with her family and friends in Cardiff By The Sea, where she was born and raised. Wendy also enjoys competitive women’s body boarding and has been featured in multiple magazines and articles as well as on CNN for her achievements in the sport.
