Nanny Care only works with professional nannies who have 5 or more years experience as a nanny, teacher, pre-school teacher or other child related profession. We represent only the most professional & experienced nannies in the industry. Our staff consists of a mother (who has employed several nannies over the years), a professional nanny, and a placement consultant with over 10 years experience in the field. With all of our experience combined, we have developed a comprehensive system of match making, that includes extensive interviewing, reference checking and background searches so that families can have peace of mind knowing their child is being safely cared for.
