Nanny Care treats nannies with the same respect as we do the families who sign up with us. We know what its like to be a nanny and how important it is for a nanny to love their job. We know how hard it can be when you love the children, but the parents are difficult to deal with. Being a nanny is a very rewarding and important job. We know that nannies are intelligent, sensitive people who are like second parents to the children they care for.
We are always there for you if you need support or advice. We will never pressure you to take or stay at any job that you are unhappy with or don’t want. We have years of experience in the field. Our staff consists of a professional nanny, a parent who has employed several nannies, and nanny placement expert with over 10 years experience. We are very good at spotting difficult families or even possibly an abusive family. We will not knowingly work with any families like this.
We also try our best to get you the best pay possible as well as good vacation and sick time. We do not take any percentage of your wage. Everything you earn is your money. We genuinely want you to be happy at your job. Its always essential that the nanny feels like part of the family.
Here at Nanny Care, we try and get you the top pay possible. Full time nanny rates are $12-$20/hr or $450 to $800 per week salary. Part-time nanny rates are $12-$20 per hour, with a 12-hour per week minimum. Remember, you are professional nannies. Your main focus is the children, but you will also need to perform light, child-related household chores, such as the children's laundry, cooking for the children and tidying up the kitchen and children's rooms. Gas money is usually included in your pay, however that can be negotiated, especially if you are constantly driving the children around or running errands for the family.

Please call 760-632-9252 to schedule your interview with a Nanny Care councilor. Please bring with you to your interview: a resume if you have one, all references, reference letters, proof of legal citizenship, driver’s license, proof of insurance, social security card, all degrees, certificates, credentials, any related classes and/or course work, any recent TB test, recent health screening, CPR and First Aid card and Trustline registration (if you have it already). All nannies must be at least 18 years old, drive and be legal citizens.
