Rates & Fees

Our permanent placement fee is 12% of one year's gross salary. For employment shorter than 90 days, the fee is 25% of the total gross salary paid to employee during employment. Included in our fee is a six-month replacement period, registration with Trustline (if the nanny isn’t registered already), updated CPR & First Aid for the nanny (if needed), and drug screening. A preliminary background check that checks resident history, criminal background report(s) and a department of motor vehicles record will be done while we are waiting on the Trustline results. This should only take 3-5 days to get back. If your nanny is fired or leaves the job for any reason during the first six months, then we will replace her without an additional placement fee. Where possible, we like the nanny to work for a "trial” before you pay our fee. This helps make you feel more secure that you made the right choice. After we have confirmed that you have made a job offer to the nanny and we have received the placement fee, we will start all the background checks and send the nanny to update her CPR and First Aid, as well as complete the drug screening.
