Wendy Pierce has over 15 years experience working in the nanny and caregiver industry. Starting as a nanny herself, Wendy learned the ropes of what it takes to be a great nanny. After 7 years of helping families, she decided to open up her own nanny agency in 2000. Eleven years later, Wendy owns two highly successful nanny agencies in Southern California, including the well known agency Loving Nannies. In 2008, Wendy had her first child, a daughter named Eden, but that didn't slow her down. Wendy is an entrepreneur at heart and continues to come up with great ideas to further the business that she loves and knows best...the nanny industry. Her partner in creating NannyCare.com, John Valenty, happens be a client whom Wendy has helped over the years. Together, Wendy and John have developed the first online social network for nannies and families.

John Valenty is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for business, technology, health, and wellness. Valenty's sales and marketing leadership created over $500 million in nutritional product sales in the mid-1990s during his mid-twenties. In 1997 he founded Earnware Corporation, a privately-held web services company currently supporting the technical needs of Wellness.com. The company utilizes its expertise in web design, programming and search engine optimization to develop multi-million dollar web businesses such as Wellness.com. Valenty founded DiversifiedEnterprises.com which is dedicated to attracting and growing some of the most valuable web properties in the world. As demonstrated by his career, pursuits and successes, John Valenty's vision and personal mission is to develop information-based systems to help people live healthier, happier and more successful lives.
